Sustainability
Last updated · [YYYY-MM-DD]
We try to be honest about what we do well and where we're still working. This page is updated whenever the practice changes — not annually for marketing.
Materials
[Percentage] of this season's pieces use certified materials — GOTS-organic cotton, RWS-certified wool, mulesing-free merino. The remainder is a mix of recycled fibres and conventional materials we haven't found a credible alternative for yet.
Where pieces are made
Two workshops, both within [region]. We visit each at least twice a year. Wages and hours are independently audited; the reports are available on request.
Shipping
Carbon-neutral on every parcel, offset through verified projects. Carrier choice prioritises ground over air where transit time allows.
Packaging
Recycled and recyclable. Cardboard boxes from local mills, no plastic film, paper tape. Returns reuse the same packaging.
What we're still working on
- Synthetic dye phase-out — currently piloting on a single colour, rolling out across the line over the next 18 months.
- Repair service — pilot launching in [Q?]. Lifetime mending at cost.
- Resale platform for previously-loved pieces — exploratory.
