Returns & refunds

Thirty days from delivery to return anything that doesn't fit or isn't quite right. Free returns within Europe and the UK; cost-price returns from the US and rest of world.
How it works
- Start your return at Account → Orders , or write to returns@example.com if you checked out as a guest.
- We send you a pre-paid return label by email.
- Pack the items in their original packaging, tape the label on the outside, drop at any [carrier] point.
- We refund to your original payment method within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
What's eligible
- Unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale items at full refund (same as full-price).
- Faulty items — outside the 30-day window, get in touch and we'll sort something out.
What's not
- Personalised items, where we've engraved or monogrammed at your request.
- Underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
Easier to refund the original order and place a new one — that way the new piece ships as soon as you order, not after we receive your return. Stock allowing, of course.
Faulty or damaged
Write to returns@example.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange collection and either replace or refund — your choice.
