Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this shop. It's designed and built to WCAG 2.2 AA, with regular checks against real assistive tech.

What we've done

• Colour contrast ratios meet AA across every page in the design system.
• Every interactive target is at least 44 × 44 pixels.
• Keyboard navigation reaches everything — no mouse-only paths.
• Focus rings are visible on every focusable element.
• Forms use real <label> + aria-describedby for hints and errors.
• Animations honour prefers-reduced-motion.
• Tested with VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows) and TalkBack (Android).

If you've come across something that doesn't work — describe what you tried, the device + assistive tech you were using, and write to accessibility@example.com. We'll respond within five working days.

Formal complaints

If we don't resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you can escalate it to [the national enforcement body for digital accessibility].
